Ingredients
- Mince Chicken 50 g
- Carrots 30 g
- Leeks 20 g
- Garlic 10 g
- Onion 20 g
- Dumpling Sheets 6 no
- Soy sauce 20 ml
- Sugar 10 g
- Ginger 1 no
- White Cabbage 40 g
- French dressings 20 ml
- Corn oil
- Oyster sauce / soy sauce
- Fish sauce
Method
1. Sauté the Chicken alone with Onion,
Garlic and ginger
2. Season well with chicken powder,
Oyster sauce and Fish sauce
3. Rest it for a while the mix, dip in
to the water and pan fried till golden color
4. Take the Gioza wrap and wrap it as
shown
5. For the sauce sauté onion, garlic,
ginger add soy and oyster sauce finish with a touch of sugar.
6. Place the sauce onto the plate over
the pan fried Gioza .
7. Garnish with ginger and cabbage
salad topped with French Dressings
