Method:
1. Cut the
chicken Thigh in the two.
2. Place the
pot with the oil, Garlic, curry leaves and the rampe
3. Stir the
mixer until brown and add Marinated chicken thigh with the mixer.
4. Add all the
spices and Stir with the mustard paste
5. Finish with
the coconut milk and serve along with rice.
