sauce 10 ml
7. Coriander
8. Carrots

Method
1. Boiled
the whole chicken for the stock adding green vegetables with black pepper corn
2. Chicken
out of boiling water when is ready. Need to boil for about 30 minutes until
chicken get cooked.
3. For the
soup put back the stock to reduce into half with the pepper corn and chicken
seasoning.
4. For the
dumplings need to mince the chicken breast mixed with eggs, Carrots and
coriander seasoned with salt pepper.
5. Boiled
them separately and keep it on the side.
6. Finish
the soup adding all the vegetables, egg white with seasoning.
7. Dip the chicken dumplings into the soup and
garnish
