Greek Marinated Chicken Drumstick with Spicy Sour Cream










Ingredients

  • 3 Marinated chicken drumsticks
  • Ice burg Lettuce
  • 6 oz Fresh Curd
  • 30 ml Fresh Cream
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4teaspoon pepper

Sour cream Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

1.     Sour cream - Mix 2 tablespoons of the yogurt and Fresh cream, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, the garlic, 1 tablespoon dill weed, 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper in a bowl.

2.     Season the chicken drumsticks with the garlic, oil, herbs and lemon juice.

3.     Pan fry the chicken drumsticks, then put in the oven at 160 for about 15 minutes

4.     Add lemon juice, butter, coriander and garlic into a pan, finish with salt and pepper.
