Ingredients:
Chicken meat
ball : 200 g
Vegetable
Oil : 80 ml
Mustard
Cream or Butter : 1 table spoon
Soy Sauce :
8 table spoon
Chopped B.
Onion : 100 g
Tomato
slices : 100 g
Chopped
Green Chilli : 04 no’s
Coriander
Leaves : 1 table spoon
Burger Buns
: 02 no’s
Green
Lettuce : 100 g
Fried Potato
Wedges : 250 g
Salt, Lime
Juice & Pepper to taste
Method:
1. Cut the
Chicken meat balls into small pieces and sautéed in pan with onion and green
chili.
2. Cut the bun
into two and apply butter with the lettuce, Tomato and onion.
3. Place the meat
ball on top and add cheese if needed.
4. Fry the
Potato wedges and place along with the burger.
